Jeff with Keystone Revisited May 2013

img-feature-post-20130508-KeystoneRevisited-tour Jeff was invited to tour in celebration of the music that Jerry Garcia recorded with Merl Saunders at the Keystone Club in Berkeley, CA in the early 70's. Numerous recordings were released from these performances at the Keystone featuring Jerry, Merl, drummer Bill Vitt and bassist John Kahn and other special guests.

Tony Saunders, accomplished bassist and son of Merl, assembled an ensemble called Keystone Revisted, to perform and celebrate his fathers recorded work with Garcia in a jam band ensemble.

Keystone Revisited features Tony Saunders on bass, original drummer Bill Vitt, vocalist/keyboardist Steve Abramson and Jeff Pevar joined the ensemble spring tour of 2013 which included the following May dates:
